| Q | How do I determine when to apply? | |||
| A | Applications will only be accepted January, March, May, July, September, and November. Please click here for the 2010 application periods. The deadline for submission of your application will depend on the date of your program. You may apply well in advance of the program if you have all of the required documentation in place. For example, you may apply in January, March or May for a program with a start date of July 1, 2010, or later. It is important to consider our notification dates when deciding which period to submit your application. For example, if you wait until May to submit an application for a July 1 program, you will not be notified of our decision until the end of June. | |||

| A | You will only be able to access the submission page during the months that we are accepting applications. However, the remainder of the information on www.ttgrants.com (eg, guidelines, forms, FAQs) will be available all year round. | |||

| A | When you click on either of these links, a new window should open with the option to select 'Create New Grant Request' or 'View Grant Request Status'. If this new window does not appear, check to see if your pop-up blocker is enabled and turn it off. | |||

| A | No, the system will not save your request. Please have all required documents completed and available before you begin the application process. | |||

| Q | I am having trouble attaching multiple documents. How can I get you the information? | |||
| A | The system allows a maximum of six (6) attachments per grant application. If you have more than 6 separate attachments, please combine them (e.g. merge multiple Word documents in one file) and submit. Zip files are not permitted. | |||

| Q | How will I know if my grant request was successfully submitted? | |||
| A | Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation page with a identification number for your files. You will also receive a confirmation email. | |||

| Q | Can I submit more than one request at a time? | |||
| A | Multiple requests can be submitted through the system, but you will need to submit a separate request for each program. Tibotec Therapeutics reserves the right to limit the amount of approved requests per organization to two (2) annually. | |||

| A | One application can be submitted for a related series of programs, such as a grand rounds series. The title, objectives and budget for each program must be included. | |||

| A | You will receive an email notification once a decision has been reached on your funding request. You can check the status of your grant online by clicking on the "Check Application Status" link on any page. | |||

| A | If your grant request is approved, we will do our best to process your contract and payment in a timely fashion, but cannot guarantee that you will receive payment prior to your program date. | |||

| A | If your grant is accepted, the Company reserves the right to post the information regarding funding under this agreement on a publicly accessible web site. This includes the identity of the recipient, the monetary value of the funding, the purposes for such funding, and other information as the Company determines appropriate. | |||
