General Submission Guidelines

• In 2010, applications will only be accepted during January, March, May, July, September and November.
• The submission deadline and notification period will depend on the date of your program.
• We encourage you to apply as early as possible. For example, applications for programs taking place in July 2010 can be submitted during the January, March or May application periods.
• Applications must be received by the submission deadline; our electronic application system will not accept applications after that date.
• In order for us to adhere to our timelines for rendering decisions, we require that all applications be complete at the time of submission. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
• You will receive an email confirmation at the time of your submission.
• Approximate wait time from submission to decision will range from 30 to 60 days.
• Receipt of a grant application by Tibotec Therapeutics does not guarantee approval of your request, nor financial support for the entire amount being requested.
• If your grant request is approved, a copy of the Letter of Agreement will be sent to the requesting organization for signature.
• Disclosure of financial support through an educational grant from Tibotec Therapeutics must be made to program participants. To request a copy of our corporate logo, please contact TTgrantinfo@its.jnj.com.
• If your grant is accepted, the Company reserves the right to post the information regarding funding under this agreement on a publicly accessible web site. This includes the identity of the recipient, the monetary value of the funding, the purposes for such funding, and other information as the Company determines appropriate.

Required Documents by Grant Type

• CME/CE Grant Request - A request to support an educational program for healthcare providers such as physicians, nurses, and/or pharmacists that provides continuing education credits.
  
  
• Non-CME/CE Grant Request - A request to support an educational program for healthcare providers such as physicians, nurses, and pharmacists that does not provide continuing education credits.
  
  
• Patient Education Grant Request - A request to support live educational events or printed materials (fact sheets, binders, etc) produced for patients.
  
  
• Fellowship Travel Grant Request - A request to support a fellow's travel to a national or international meeting. All Fellowship programs grants must have 3 or more fellows in the program and must be related to a disease state of interest to Tibotec Therapeutics.
